Please point me to a very simple shares watchlist/virtual portfolio for PC. It's been surprisingly difficult; I've tried a few and been sent on some wild goose chases.

The II research account works pretty much the same as HL watchlists/virtual portfolio - and it seems that is not what the OP wants

I have a WatchList on HL I can use it on a PC.
What are you trying to achieve?
I have found that I virtually bought nothing from my watchlist during the crash. I bought bargains which were not on my watch list.
I was generally just looking at investment trust so you could say that was my watchlist!

OK, then I am not at all sure what you want. I have a PC and happily use HL

Perhaps it works for you because you have an account as such. I did have the HL watchlist on a cheap Android device but there is no longer compatibility. I haven't been able to get a watchlist from HL on my pc. It is purely a dummy account that I want (and now have with II).

Thank you, I now have a watchlist with Interactive Investor. It's pretty much ideal.
