Cycling best efforts on Strava

I'm interested in finding out, for example, my best ever 10 mile time on Strava, but I know this may have formed part of a longer ride. But Strava, for some reason, don't do the equivalent of best efforts for cycling, as they do for running. And they don't seem interested in implementing it:

Does anyone know of a third party app that can do this? I'm happy to share my Strava activities (or the native Garmin Connect activities) with another tracker if needed.

Thanks

endomondo.com does this

(I'm not very fast  )

You can transfer your rides using https://tapiriik.com/

Also look at veloviewer.

I think you can also set this up in Garmin connect? Mine popped up a wee while ago telling me I'd done my fastest 40km, so there must be some settings in there you can change.
As far I can work out, it only does it for distances Garmin chooses (including 40k) and there's no way to edit it.

I don't think endomondo allows you to configure it either. Not the free version, as far as I am aware.
It doesn't -- but the ones that are built in are much more useful than on Garmin Connect. Now if only Tapiriik was working...
